4. Google User Data

DreamPulze AI integrates with Google services (Google Drive and Google Calendar) to provide career and job application support features. This section describes what data we access, why, and how we handle it.

Information We Access

With your explicit permission via Google OAuth, we may access:

• Google Drive (read-only): We read the contents of files in your Google Drive to locate, display, and summarize career-related documents (such as resumes, cover letters, and portfolios) within the app.
• Google Drive (file-scoped access): We create new files in your Google Drive (such as a resume or cover letter generated through the app) and edit files that you have explicitly created or opened through DreamPulze AI. We cannot access, view, or modify any other files in your Drive.
• Google Calendar (read-only): We read your calendar events to display upcoming interviews and application deadlines within the app.
• Google Calendar (events you own): We create, edit, or delete calendar events that you own, only at your explicit request (for example, adding an interview reminder).
• Google Account info: We access your email address and basic profile information to identify your account and personalize your experience.

How We Use This Information

We use Google user data solely to provide the features described above: helping you find, organize, summarize, create, and manage career-related documents and calendar events within DreamPulze AI. We do not use this data for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Data Retention

We retain Google user data only as long as necessary to provide the features you've requested during your active use of the app. Cached data used to improve performance is not retained beyond what is needed for your session. You may revoke our access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions), and you may request deletion of any data we have stored by contacting us at support@dreampulzeai.com.

Compliance

DreamPulze AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. AI Processing

Your prompts, transcripts, and uploaded content are sent to AI model providers (such as Google Gemini and OpenAI) via secure APIs to generate responses. These providers process data as our subprocessors and do not train their models on your inputs under our enterprise terms.
